BEAR SPORTS offers the following Returns Policy:

RETURNS, NEW ITEMS: Returns are allowed for refund or exchange for 10 days from date of purchase, provided the item is in new, unused condition and includes all packaging. The refund is for the purchase price less shipping. If the product was shipped under one of the "free shipping" promotions, a fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund because there really is no such thing as "free" shipping.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: For warrantied, new items, contact the manufacturer first. Exchanges will be for the exact item only.

ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC PARTS: Non-refundable under any circumstances.

RETURNS, USED ITEMS: All used or consignment items are sold "AS IS" and refunds or exchanges are not allowed. We attempt to provide and honest and accurate description of the product and known flaws, but it's impossible to know and find every possible problem. No refunds. Make an adult decision about whether you want the item or not.

SPECIAL ORDERS: Because we buy from every major distributor, we can source nearly any product for you. Special Orders of this nature require a 20% non-refundable deposit which is paid in advance.
