Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes we do and we're one of the most experienced international shippers on the Internet. We've shipped thousands of orders to virtually every country in the world. We package all orders very well, provide the proper Customs documentation and ship via Air Mail. We're good at this and in fact provide international shipping services for other companies. Please note however, that Customs Fees and/or VAT taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer and we cannot predict what those fees may be.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: We work hard to provide fast and economical shipping. We ship daily using UPS, US Postal and FedEx and can provide express/overnight shipping for your order for additional cost. Some of our products are offered with a "free shipping" promotion, even though there is no such thing. We consider most "free" shipping promotions to be misleading as all shipping has costs (UPS and the postal services don't work for free) and we would rather tell you what the real costs to ship are rather than building them into the product cost. Shipping costs depend on the item(s), weight and destination. We factor in all of these elements in providing a total shipping cost that ensures both fast delivery and economy. These costs are viewable in your shopping cart. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
