Note: If you have a Japanese bike, you MAY need the larger-diameter cable adjusters. Measure your cable housing (the sheathed portion of the cable) and it may be about 8mm in diameter. If so, then you need to choose the "BOTH sizes" option to receive both the standard 6.2mm and oversize 8.3mm cable adjusters for an additional $8.
